How do I place an order?
From our Homepage, select the items you are interested in. Select color or size if applicable, and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, your selections will be shipped to you from 3 to 7 business days or more due to the covid pandemic circumstances. You will be notified as to the expected shipping date and tracking number information.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date.
Do I have to pay for shipping ?
A shipping charge is not applicable, we offer a free express shipping with secured tracking number.
Do you ship Overseas ?
OGEDO Store ships to the US and Europe for the moment, if it happens that we get customers from other countries the delivery time may be longer.
Can I ship to different location?
We will ship your purchase to any location you specify. Follow the instructions when you CHECK OUT.
How can I check my order?
You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to support@ogedo.com. We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment. Additionally, you can log into your accountgo to the tracking page and find tracking information for your order.
How can I cancel any order ?
Orders for items that have not shipped can be cancelled by sending a notice to support@ogedo.com. If the item is already in the mail, you will need to follow our return policy.
What If I need to return an Item ?

I never knew I needed a product this much. My boyfriend first told me about this cap and initially I didn’t think it would be much help but once I tried it out it was perfect ! I get really bad sinus pressure headaches to the point where I want to either stand over a pot of steam for hours or stick my head in the freezer. This product does just what I need to alleviate all of that pain . Not to mention it’s so convenient because its hands free and I don’t have to hold anything in place like would an ice pack for example. If you’re debating on if you need this product or not, im telling you buy it now and ask questions later ! You wont regret it .

This cap would fit anyone, because the cold pack is only in the facial area and so the stretchy Lycra type fabric that goes all the way around would fit anyone (I have a larger men’s size head). I was disappointed it didn’t go all the way around tho.
It does freeze nicely but truly only stays cold for 3-4 minutes tops.
I also can’t pull the mask as far down as I’d like because the nose area is higher up on the mask and makes a sore on my nose if I keep pulling it down

I bought 5 of these as Christmas Presents for friends and family who get frequent headaches. All of them have said the love to use them and that they feel incredible. My coworker said she and her husband fight over it and they may get another one so they can each have one. She like to wear it with her noise canceling headphones to help her relax. Can’t wait to get one for myself too

I haven’t really had a headache since receiving this mask but I did try it out for 10 minutes or so. It had been in the refrigerator overnight and was plenty cold. I wouldn’t recommend the freezer. I have a large head and was a bit concerned about it fitting too tight. The mask slipped right over my head and didn’t have the feeling of being pinched. Based on the one use, I’d recommend this product.

I’m prone to headaches so I thought I would give this product a shot since the price seemed reasonable. I was actually surprised when I got to try it. The gel inside felt so cool that I did not feel the necessity to keep it in fridge before using. The material is very soft and is very soothing. I’m not sure if this works for migraines since it does not fit tight as one would like to during migraines. I use it while trying to get some sleep when husband has lights on to read. So this totally blocks the light out and I realize that I can sleep better with the mask on. I’m not too sure how it would work for neck pain but it certainly works for the eyes. I can’t wait to use it during a long flight. I’m so glad I bought this product.

I absolutely am blown away with how well this migraine cap helps my headaches!
When I first opened it I was concerned with how heavy it felt, but was I surprised at how it took my headaches away.
My absolute favorite part is how it always feels cold, blocking out all night and is tight around my head!

This just feels so nice when you have a migraine or headache! Heck, even if you are just feeling warm and want to cool down a bit! It stretches to fit all sizes of heads, so it’s great for the whole family. My eyeballs don’t like the extreme cold right on them, so i use a folded napkin to help insulate them while the rest of my head basks in the amazing cold and light pressure this gives!

Don’t be deceived by how simple this mask appears to be. It’s really a very sophisticated tool that can benefit you in many different ways.
Of course, they make a point to say that this is great for treating headaches and migraine. However, somewhere along the line they failed to mention that it’s also great for soothing superficial injuries to the head, fever, and even stress. Yes, stress… and it does a superb job.
This mask is particularly heavy and dense, compared to others I’ve tried. And that is a GOOD thing. The weight indicates that it’s got more gel (see photos), and the gel is what does the trick.
Placing this around your head, even for just a few minutes is incredibly soothing and relaxing. It’s hard to describe, but the silky cover combined with the thick gel pads throughout draw away some of the body heat from the head. This is without even placing it in the freezer.
Naturally, it bears mentioning that if needed you can place this in the microwave and have a hot mask… very good for the skin, and also very soothing. I prefer the coolness, however, and I never have even chilled it.
My grandson (who is 12) tells me that he loves to put it on for a few minutes when he comes home from school, and that it helps to relieve the stress of the day. Part of the effect comes from the fact that the mask covers your ears and eyes, creating a sort of micro-sensory deprivation space.
All I can say is that this really works, and it’s great to have in the house. Even when nothing in particular is bothering you it’s just so relaxing and freeing to sit for a few minutes with the mask on.

This item is incredible! It fits perfectly on my head and covers eyes and ears. the compression is just right and the cooling effect is wow! Your head feels tingly all over. This item has truly helped with my head aches. I recommend it and am very happy with this product.

I struggle with a lot of headaches, so I ordered this wrap for that reason. I wasn’t expecting much, to be honest. I thought it would be another thing that would end up in the trash or donation pile. I was so pleasantly surprised when I tried it on, though! First of all, it’s COLD. I don’t know how they do that, but when you put it on, you are met with a nice chilly sensation. The weight of the wrap feels great on, and when you cover your eyes and ears, you have a nice block from the world. I struggle with sensory issues and being overstimulated, so having this to put on for a few minutes is a nice wonderful break to reset and refresh! I need one for every room and every backpack and purse and will be sharing this with anyone I know who struggles from sensory issues.
