How do I place an order?
From our Homepage, select the items you are interested in. Select color or size if applicable, and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, your selections will be shipped to you from 3 to 7 business days or more due to the covid pandemic circumstances. You will be notified as to the expected shipping date and tracking number information.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an approximate shipping date.
Do I have to pay for shipping ?
A shipping charge is not applicable, we offer a free express shipping with secured tracking number.
Do you ship Overseas ?
OGEDO Store ships to the US and Europe for the moment, if it happens that we get customers from other countries the delivery time may be longer.
Can I ship to different location?
We will ship your purchase to any location you specify. Follow the instructions when you CHECK OUT.
How can I check my order?
You can check on your order status simply by sending an inquiry to support@ogedo.com. We will respond promptly with complete information on the status of your shipment. Additionally, you can log into your accountgo to the tracking page and find tracking information for your order.
How can I cancel any order ?
Orders for items that have not shipped can be cancelled by sending a notice to support@ogedo.com. If the item is already in the mail, you will need to follow our return policy.
What If I need to return an Item ?

I’m not a hiker, but an older gal who loves to walk. Needing a shoe with more structure, I did a lot of research and am so glad I found these. At first they felt a little clunky on my hardwood floor and I’m having to walk a little differently than I would with my squishy sneakers. But within the first week these seem to be conforming to my feet a bit and provide me with more support on my walks. It’s nice not to feel every rock and bump through the soles.
